- CAAP list of airports with LGU Clearance to resume commercial flights. *Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.
Inbound Passengers
- Acceptance Letter
- RT-PCR Test Result will not be a mandatory requirement for travelers bound for Catarman, except if required by the Provincial Government of Northern Samar.
- Travelers who do not exhibit any COVID symptoms and are not considered close contact of a COVID case shall no longer be required to undergo quarantine upon arrival at the LGU.
- Travelers who were identified close contacts and those who have exhibited COVID symptoms shall be transferred immediately to the LGU quarantine / isolation facility.
- Travelers shall be required to register at the safecatarman.today portal which is the contact tracing system used by the LGU.
