Sun Postpaid now Smart Postpaid, subscribers retains mobile numbers

After revealing that Sun Postpaid will rebrand to Smart Postpaid, Smart has officially moved Sun Postpaid subscribers to Smart Postpaid while keeping their mobile numbers.

Besides retaining their SIM and mobile numbers, Smart said that Sun Postpaid users will still be able to use their existing plan inclusions but will now access all the benefits and perks of being a Smart Postpaid customer.

With the rebranding of Sun Postpaid as Smart Postpaid, subscribers now have access to Smart 5G, the country's fastest 5G network, according to internet analytics firm Ookla.

Subscribers with 5G-enabled smartphones and SIM cards can enjoy lightning-fast upload and download speeds for increased productivity and immersive digital experiences across the country with Smart 5G.

Moreover, subscribers will be able to manage their digital lifestyles more easily through the GigaLife App. Smart's "one-stop super app" enables customers to conveniently check their data, call and text usage, view and pay their postpaid bill, and take advantage of the latest postpaid offers and add-ons.

On top of that, subscribers will also be able to earn and accumulate GigaPoints via the GigaLife App, which they can redeem for exclusive Smart Postpaid rewards.

Further, customers who qualify for plan renewal can take advantage of all renewal offers and packages available with Smart Signature Plans by calling the Smart hotline at *888 or scheduling an appointment online at any Smart Store near them.

Sun Business subscribers, on the other hand, will soon be rebranded as Smart Enterprise Postpaid, with new and exciting experiences in store for subscribers.
