Game developer and publisher NetEase Games has announced that its annual product launch event, NetEase Connect 2022, will kick off on May 20, 2022.
This year's NetEase Connect offers an impressive selection of games, including The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War, Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, Naraka: Bladepoint, etc. The event will cover a total of 15 titles spanning a variety of genres, including six brand-new game reveals.
The NetEase Connect 2022 event will be streamed live on NetEase Games' official Facebook, Twitch, and YouTube pages. The stream will be available in Japanese (starting at 4:30 am PST) and English (starting at 10:30 am PST). It will be hosted by IGN Japan's Daniel Robson and Esra Krabbe.
Harry Potter: Magic Awakened
Hogwarts is the setting for the highly anticipated Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, which combines card collection and MMORPG elements in a brand-new adventure.
As first-year students, players will undertake the challenges of their magical education, explore the castle grounds, play Quidditch, and even engage in duels with other witches and wizards. During NetEase Connect 2022, fans of the franchise will learn more about the forthcoming title.
The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War
Released in September 2021, The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War brought Middle-earth to mobile devices in an entirely new way.
The geo-strategic seasonal war game enables players to navigate battles with their favorite The Lord of the Rings character and choose to ally with Elves, Men, Dwarves, Hobbits, or Orcs. During NetEase Connect, players will be able to find out what awaits them and their armies in Middle Earth.
Naraka: Bladepoint
The winner of multiple platinum and gold awards in Steam's Best of 2021, including top sellers and most played, Naraka Bladepoint has made quite a splash in its first year.
The action-adventure game paved its way in the battle royale genre with its martial arts-inspired combat, legendary heroes with gravity-defying mobility that can be customized, and a formidable arsenal of melee and ranged weapons. At NetEase Connect, Naraka will unveil a plethora of additional content for its fans.
During NetEase Connect 2022, several other NetEase Games titles will receive updates. In addition, fans will be able to witness the reveal of several previously unannounced titles and learn about the global game developer and publisher's future plans, including collaborations with more studios.
To recall, NetEase Connect 2021 has featured 13 games.
